The Black Card Gets a White Glove Redesign

 

The American Express Centurion card, better known as the black card, offers white glove service to the elite of the elite. It needed its website to provide the same high level of service for its international card members.

Working at Ogilvy, I oversaw the creation of expanded functionality and editorial content on the American Express Centurion site for global markets outside the United States. 

I served as the creative lead on the development of tools to help card members make a reservation at premium restaurants around the globe, book flights and hotels with their points, locate airport lounges accessible with the Centurion card and get exclusive offers.
