Making a Utilitarian Brand Relatable to Its Customers

 

Time Warner Cable had undergone a rebrand, but its website wasn’t expressing the friendly new tone. I was brought in to align its digital properties to this new approachable brand system and vibrant palette. 

What was once utilitarian and bland became an intuitive and engaging online experience. Working with an illustrator, we brought the site to life with intricate UX wireframes that sold in the work to the client.
